A look inside a former Target store being used as a temporary Halloween shop in Ottawa. The shop is only using 25% of the available space, with the rest vacant behind curtains. Once Halloween is over the store will be vacant again. Target, a large American chain of stores, spent over 7 billion to establish a foot hold in the Canadian market. After less than 2 years they ran away like a beaten puppy dog with it`s tail between it`s legs. Everything in the store was for sale, even the shelves and the mannequins. Too bad about the 17,000 people that got laid off......Urban exploration of the remains....
