Background info:
I grew up watching pro-drifting when it first came to the States. D1 hosted the inaugural U.S competition back in 2003. Since then, I always wanted to attend drift events there, but couldn't until I got older. My first and last time at Irwindale made for an awesome experience that was worth over a decade of waiting.
