Today, omgpop.com is officially closing down. Having spent countless hours playing on the site for the past couple of years, we would like to share this piece of memory with you.
Being former community interns there, we're really sad to see this site go. It wasn't just a gaming site but a community where people came to hangout, chat, and make new friends. It was a place where OMGPOPpers poured their hearts and souls into creating this community.
The reason why we wanted to make this video was because we wanted to recreate what OMGPOP stood for and share some of the memories working at OMGPOP. When we heard about the closing of OMGPOP, we knew we wanted to create a video that we can look back on and say, "Yeah, that happened and I'm proud to have been a part of it all."
We're so honored to have shared this journey with other OMGPOP employees and we're thankful for what everyone has taught us.
Thank you so much Ken for providing us with such a fitting piece of music for our video. Huge shoutouts to Dan, Ali, Joseph and everyone else for creating one of the greatest gaming sites ever and making our experience so unforgettable. You guys are the best. Farewell, OMGPOP.
