Recently the Breakthrough Listen project (that seeks to find extra-terrestrial life) released a group of 9 FRB (Fast Radio Burst) recordings from a dwarf galaxy 3 billion light years away. This video shows a couple of those recordings combined, and slowed down significantly to examine what might be in them. Please note: skilled use of heavy noise reduction was used, which can lead to digital artifacts... but the sounds you hear here stood out from the noise floor. So there is likely actual sound represented here to some degree. Might be comparable to viewing a pixelated astro photo of an object very far away. Each playback on the video gets progressively slower so you can hear more detail. Each repetition starts with a full dispersed FRB signal, causing a kind of sweeping effect. One thing to point out... at about the 1:30 mark you hear a fragment of a full sweep - possibly giving some validity that the other sounds here might be more than digital artifacts also. This of course is speculation.
