I built the diversity controller from here:

I noticed that I could fit most of the components into the module bay of the fatshark Dominators and have a portable scanner right on my goggles.
I located the arduino pro mini in the head tracker bay, and wired the CH buttons and the press down for the contrast/brightness to the arduino.
