2cups gluton flour
seasoning: use less the 1/4 cup of what ever you have in your cabnit
use 1 1/2 TB of fast active yeast (like when making bread
then start off with 2cups of water then add more till it turns into a doe
then let it set for 30min
then I cut it in to small pices and drop it into a pot of water with vegetable broth or cubes FOR EXTRA FLAVERRRRRRR!!!!! boil for 3min
then dip them in flour then fry till brown
IT IS A LOT OF OIL SO I WOULD NOT VISE YOU TO EAT EVERY DAY BUT IT IS GOOD FOR THOSE WHO ARE COMMING OFF MEAT , WE MAKE IT FOR HOLIDAYS AND BIRTHDAYS
