My new prop shaft and tube finally came! Just wanted to show my secret weapon when it comes to"greazin the tube"!! I think i had over 25 runs on the old shaft after I put the brass bushings in. I got maybe 15 runs out of the first bearings. Oh and when you keep the tube full of grease it keeps the water from being sucked up thru the prop shaft... (any of you wonder where that mystery water is coming from) ?? Remember that white washer I mentioned in the video? Very important lil part. ...#1 its a spacer ...you should barely see it move when the shaft is adjusted just right....#2 its used to help keep the water from being sucked up thru the prop shaft! ! If you installed the shaft right the grease and that washer keep the water out ya boat! Btw I use marine grease and marine silicone for all my boats. Until next video. ...Later bashers!!!!
