A fight broke out in the stands in the final match of the FIFA 2014 World Cup Final. It would appear Dani Osvaldo from Boca Juniors was in the stands behind and threw a beer.
Univision sponsored trip to Brazil for the world cup final match, Germany vs Argentina. My wife won the trip through Volkswagen.
Back story: Brazil wants Germany to win as Argentinian's had come to Brazil and started taunting them and trashing the city(according to some of the locals we bumped into, which may have been biased as the two countries aren't necessarily friendly to each other). Police and military were present all over the city in a show of force.
Germany scores and a few people act out and start a fight. One of the Argentinians hits a Brazilian woman in the back of the head(I did not witness this, one of our group members saw this) and the beers and punches fly. The three Argentinian aggressors were crying in between trying to start fights.
Bantering between the parties had been going on the whole game.
