Love the new Minc Toner Sheets. You don't need the expensive Minc machine you can do the same thing with a basic heat laminator. This shows how to use both the toner sheets as well as using a Laser Printer (or you can use a copier that uses toner) I'll put a link below to the laminator and printer I bought on Amazon as well as the products in the store I used.
