This is a hot part cycle with a Fanuc M900 700KG robot handling a 400KG forging. Grippers have liquid cooled arms to handle the 2,350 degree part. An M710 performs Die Cooling and Lubrication after the forging cycle occurs. The Press is a Rebuilt 4000 Ton Hydraulic Forge.
