Justyn Howard is the founder of Sprout Social. Sprout creates software that helps companies around the world manage their social media. He started the company after finding a market opportunity for businesses to use social media which, at the time, was still very much a consumer product.
Now, Sprout Social serves over 10,000 clients and Justyn was recently featured in Crain’s 2014 40 under 40.
In this episode of Chicago Founders’ Stories, we learn about how Justyn managed his company’s growth, why he attributes much of his success to scalability, and what qualities of entrepreneurs don’t work.
