my first test flight with the Easy Star 2 modified to accommodate GoPro, F-tek 31-AP + OSD and one 3300mAh lipo: The total weight is about 1150gr then the base engine needs an upgrade. I tested the RTL, the ACM and the ABM and I can say that it works fine. I'm still not able to set the 9x to use the three-position switch to set the functions of the AP-31 (currently set by two of potentiometers available). The Gopro is spun by the third potentiometer available on the 9x radio. I have the head tracker on the Fat Shark, but I have the cable to connect it to 9x.
The next developments are: 1) change the engine, 2) change the receiver because the one that arrive with the 9x series does not have the fail-safe function, 3) add the 1W amplifier for 9x, 4) buy a DV recorder to record the incoming data from the OSD
