Disastrous results in trying to create am MVC PHP Program integrated with SQL. Used two different servers MAMP and XAMPP and three IDE environments (DreamWeaver, NetBeans, and Eclipse) in uninstalled and reinstalled NetBeans three times and Eclipse twice.) There appears to be something that is overwriting/using the 9000 port that the debugger wants to use but changing it makes no difference at all
