Homemade Crispy French Fries are devouring and so tempting that no one can have enough of this simple dish. The trick to get crusty and crispy French fries is double-frying them.
Ingredients
Potatoes – 2
Salt – 1.5 tbps
Besan- 1.5 tbsp
Kitchen King- 1.5 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Cornflor Powder- 3 tbsp
Oil – for frying
Chaat masala – as per taste
French Fry Cutter- this i have bought from Flipkart -Nestwell
Getting ready:
1.Rinse the potatoes and peel them.
2.Keep the potatoes drenched in water to prevent them from turning black.
3. Remove water and dry the potatoes using paper towel
4. Mix all spices in fries and par cook them
5. Take out fries and allow them to cool for 20 min
6. Post 20 min again fry the french fries
