Billionaire South African-American entrepreneur Elon Musk, known as the man who created PayPal, before selling the company and moving onto electric cars and rockets, has unveiled his plans for a futuristic 'Hyperloop' transportation system which would whisk passengers between San Francisco and Los Angeles in just half an hour at the cost of USD 20 per ticket.
