Much of it has been spent at my job, on the mountain snowboarding and the rest holed up in my camper with Shiloh. I know he is dying for sunshine and play time, and I can't lie - me too!
I did a video at the beginning of winter, detailing my snow guard and winter RV prep. Now that I've had a little experience and a few snowstorms under my belt, I thought it was a good time to update the questions I've gotten regarding the camper holding up, my personal thoughts on winter camping and how I'm staying warm. This might give some ideas about preparing rv for winter living and heating an rv in winter.
All in all, I've been pretty happy with the temperature, if I have any complaints it is probably about the melting ice water and mud. Quite difficult to manage and there just isn't any escape in the camper. The one edge I have, is that I've made this decision on my own free will each step of the way, so it doesn't feel like work most of the time - but to most, I can see how it would be tough to deal with.
