Galactic Civilizations 3 is a massive space sandbox featuring open-ended 4X strategy by Stardock Entertainment. There is a great deal of customization with the custom race editor and the ship designer, allowing you to create races and ships from scratch. At game creation, you can select your race along with the galaxy size, victory conditions, and the AIs to play against. Gameplay involves exploring the galaxy, researching technology, conducting diplomacy, managing colonies, constructing buildings and acquiring resources, in both single and multiplayer modes. Single play mode features both a sandbox and a campaign mode. This game is the third in the Galactic Civilizations series.
