I live in Texas where it can get really cold and nasty outside. This video will give you some great indoor girls lacrosse practice ideas for when bad weather hits. Girls lacrosse is all about stick work, so I try to practice with my stick as much as I can. I would rather play wall ball outside or something like that, but here are some ideas for indoor girls lacrosse practice that won't break any furniture and get your parents mad :-)
