JEFFERSON, SC -- Robin Fleming, an avid glider pilot, was nearly shot down by Homeland Security for crossing a "no fly zone" that did not actually exist. Fleming made a single pass over a nuclear power plant, which is perfectly within the law. He was threatened into landing and then taken off to a detention center, where he stayed overnight and was later interrogated by the FBI and DHS. No charges were actually pressed against the pilot.
