This is going to be the EASIEST boss in the whole game after you watch this walkthrough. I have found a very easy and fast way to defeat the Cerberus even on titan mode. There is no need to grab and kick the small dogs and have a long battle. This was played on titan mode without any special items as you can see at the beginning of the video.
The trick is to get behind the dog and have the small breeders on the other side of you. That way when they explode, they are still doing damage to the Cerberus. DO NOT FACE THE DOG or you will take a lot of damage. Whip out and use the Nemean Cestus AT ALL TIMES. Use the simple SQUARE combos. Evade if you start facing the dog. Stay in back of the dog and attack the side. Once you weaken it, rip off the first head. Continue to do the same thing as before. Try to keep the small dogs and the Satyr on the other side of you. If you feel like you are being attacked too much and losing health, USE MAGIC and continue attacking the Cerberus. Once you rip off the second head, use the Rage of Sparta and concentrate on the Cerberus with SQUARE attacks. Hit it a few more times and you will be able to rip off the last head.
Chances are that you will be left with two Satyrs. Use the Gorgon soul with the Claws of Hades if you have some magic left and freeze them. If not, its best to use the Cestus and grab them with L1+O and then attack with square combos.
