This is the Google Chromecast Ultra. It is a device that plugs into any display or TV and allows you to cast or display your phone or tablet screen onto your TV. This is a great clever way to turn a not smart TV into a smart TV. The only real difference between the Google Chromecast and the Google Chromecast Ultra is that the Ultra can and output 4k content and has a ethernert port built into the power brick. If you don't have a 4k TV I say save the $35 and buy the regular Google Chromecast.
