Basics about slow motion is described in this video.
If project framerate is set to 24 and you film in:
24 fps = no slow motion
30 fps = 80%
60 fps = 40% or slow down 2,5 times (same thing)
120 fps = 20%
240 fps = 10% (Not possible to keep HD resolution if shooting in 240 fps)
If project framerate is set to 30 and you film in:
24 fps = now your are missing frames
30 fps = no slow motion
60 fps = 50% or slow down 2 times (same thing)
120 fps = 25%
240 fps = 12,5% (Not possible to keep HD resolution if shooting in 240 fps)
