Grilled Shrimp Skewers (121 calories per skewer), Colorful, delicious & healthy dish!
I am really excited to bring this recipe to show all of you here on my channel.
You will need only a few ingredients, but you will end up with an adorable & healthy dish.
In this version, I made 3 grilled shrimp skewers with 121 calories in each skewer. And this recipe is prepare for 2 people.
I skewered shrimp & veggie randomly, so it looks even more delicious and this way you can also enjoy a good mixture of vegetables.
So please find below the ingredients & how to cook this:
Ingredient:
Shrimp(100g, 193 cals), peeled and discard head
Zucchini (100g, 16 cals), slice & fold
Yellow Bell Pepper (50g, 15 cals), cut into bite-size pieces
Red Bell Pepper (50g, 15 cals), cut into bite-size pieces
Minced Garlic (1 cloves, 5 cals)
Vegetable Oil (1 tbsp, 104 cals)
Honey (1 tsp, 15cals)
Salt & Pepper
3 Bamboo Skewers
How to cook:
Skewer shrimp and veggie randomly, as the way you like :)
Mix vegetable oil with garlic, salt & pepper, and Honey
Apply the mixture onto the skewers and let it sit for 15 minutes
Then get the skewers into oven and cook for 15 minutes
and you will have it done!
