This is a timelapse video recorded by the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission in the basement of the Gurnee Grade School during the April 2013 Flood Event. The video was recorded over a 6 day period and the water rose 3 feet in the basement.The Gurnee Grade School is no longer in use and is going to be demolished this year.
