Ever wanted to see the bottom of a ship? Ever wanted to see propellers and anchors close up? See Spirit of Tasmania I like you've never seen it before. Spirit of Tasmania I was successfully dry docked at Garden Island in Sydney. The three-week dry docking commenced on 22 July 2013 and finished on 10 August 2013. Work undertaken included the upgrade of the fire control system, the main engine propulsion control system and new controls for cargo ramps and shell openings such as bow doors and the stern ramp. http://www.spiritoftasmania.com.au/
