Halloween Flood Bastrop Texas Highway 71 and the Colorado River in Bastrop County October 31, 2015. The LCRA (Lower Colorado River Authority) says that the river will crest at 36 feet, it is about 34 feet in this video. The US office of Emergency Management says it will be over 40 feet which will put my house in the water. Still watching the water rise.
