Sorry was late uploading this one, I had a few questions that required me to actually watch some of the movies to answer.
My set does have Spanish Subtitles.
My Sorcerer's Stone does include the extended cut version like the ultimate edition.
I could not verify if the bonus disc hidden in the back is all new content as I have not watched all the bonus discs in every set I have (there is tons of them) lol but 7 part one and two do include the bonus material found in the ultimate editions (Creating the World of Harry Potter) So there is some new content but to what extent on other discs like the hidden bonus disk I can only say the content looked new and I had not seen it yet but thats not to say it wasnt on another disc set from a earlier release.
