Welcome to dauchsy meditations. This meditation will guide you through the process of healing the body and the mind. All through meditation and all as you fall asleep.
First, I want to tell you a quick story about my own healing experience that had such a significant impact that it inspired me to create a second healing meditation. So heres the story. I had gotten into a car accident not too long ago. Nothing serious at all. I came to a stop at a stop light, For some reason, I had an urge to look at my rear view mirror. That is when I noticed a car coming up behind me going pretty fast. This happens all the time so I was almost certain the car was going to stop, but as the car continued at a fast pace, I very quickly became anxious. Then As if it was in slow motion I witnessed as the car plowed into the back of my car. I mean it was minor accident. No big deal, it happens every day. I didn’t notice any injuries other than a small bruise on my thumb and a tiny kink in my back. Nothing serious at all. Everything was fine until about a couple days later, I was driving and I could not help but look in my rearview mirror every time I came to a stop with a sense of fear every time a car came to a stop behind me. Every single time, I would be filled with fear and anxiety anticipating if the car was going to crash into me. A completely irrational fear I know. I have had cars stop behind me with no issues thousands and thousands of time with no accident. But now, for some reason, I am expecting every single car to ram into me. Irrational yes, but the fear was still there. And with that fear, I actually began to feel a pain in my upper back that I had felt after the initial crash. It was More of an annoying constant uncomfortable pain. And this pain lasted for a couple months and I was getting to a point where I knew I needed to do something about it. So, I came across this ted talks video on youtube about healing illness with the subconscious mind. I will put a link down in the description if you would like to watch it. The speaker talked about how she does hypnotherapy with her clients to heal them. Whether that is mental or physical illness. So I decided to try and use the technique she used on her clients on myself through meditation.
It was morning after the second time meditating using this technique, and not only was the pain in my back gone, but I realized later that day as I was driving, that my irrational fear of another car ramming into me was completely gone. I wasn’t becoming anxious or fearful every time I came to a stop. Even for myself who has seen and understands the power of the subconscious mind, it amazes me every time I see it work in my life.
So in this meditation, I will guide you through the same techniques I used to heal your body, your mind, or both. As well as provide power positive affirmations that will reprogram your subconscious mind for healing.
