Shows a travelling wave propagating on a helical antenna structure. By using a pulsed voltage excitation we can identify reflections at particular parts of the geometry. Field is visualized in 3D and the port waves are shown at the same time. In this way responses can more easily be identified for teaching purposes. Using a CW excitation we can view the circular polarization nature of the field.
