This is a video of Hemorrhage, a remake of Blood Gulch/Coagulation from Halo 1/2, provided by Voltron64x and captured at Comic Con 2010.
My information comes from what we can see in the gameplay and from friends that attended Comic Con and were able to play Halo: Reach.Keep in mind my gameplay analysis is not confirmed and I may not always be correct.

If you want a comparison of the bloom from the Beta, menotyou135 from MLG forums found a few great videos to compare. The first link is a side by side comparison. He found that the bloom in the full game resets .5 seconds faster than in the beta after reloading.
