Test of the OSD Matlab code by Mike Davis (river157 on FPVlab). Thanks Mike for all your hard work in programming this, and walking me through the setup!
The code takes the EagleTree .FDR file and spits out a .png file for every 1/2 second of flight time. Then you import all those pictures and composite them as a timelapse with the original HD footage, and voila, a better-looking OSD than the flight-cam could ever show!
His new version of the code makes a video file with the OSD info in it, so you simply combine the video produced by the code with the flight video using your editing software.

The odometer starts at ~5000 feet and not zero because I forgot to reset it from a previous short flight.
