On February 9, 2013, APEX Movement Denver hosted our first Parkourlympics event. The goal of the event was to test the limits of commonly used Parkour techniques. In addition to being a test run for future events, the goal was to film and study the top performers so that we could all learn from their technique. Almost everyone set personal records and all of the APEX Movement records in each event were shattered. See the scoresheet below for full results.
