Hiring Somebody to Buy Books for your Amazon FBA Business
Hey! This is Nathan Holmquist of BooktotheFuture.com. And for this video, I’m going to show you the latest haul that I got from my book sourcer.
Basically, what I do is I pay someone to go to thrift stores for me so that way I don’t have to spend all my time going to thrift stores. I can just spend most of time listing the books and other parts of my business.
So I got this idea from Brian Young at ProfitSourcing.com. I’ve been doing it for about two months and I’m just going to show you some of the results that I got.
Here’s the latest haul that I got yesterday. It’s about a hundred books. This is probably the 14th or 15th haul that I got from my book sourcer. Basically, what I do is I set him up with a scanner and he goes through the sources and scan books and I’ll go ahead and show you the better ones from his haul.
This one is called Spelling Power 4th Edition. It’s a large paperback book. I would say it’s in good condition. This one has a low FBA price of $53 and rank of 93,000.
The next one is called The New Cell and Short. It looks brand new and this one has low field price of $20.99. Looks like there’s an FBA seller selling it new at a little over $21.
Next one is called Sport and Exercise Pharmacology. It’s a hardcover book in good condition. This one has a low FBA price of $20.
This one is called Secrets of Natural Health. It’s a paperback in very good condition and this one is selling for $75 on [0:01:58] and it does have an FBA seller selling it for $90 in new condition.
The last one I’m going to show you is Crazy Love. This is a hardcover book in good condition. This one has a pretty large spread. The low merchant field is $45 and the next one after that is $180 and it has a rank of 4.5 million.
