Reversing my v-tail mix fixed the problem, now the eagle flies! I am still struggling with strong wing rocking. I suspect it is related to a very weak tail moment, as the v-tail is very flat. First aid will be to make the v-tail 45 deg, instead of current ~30 degrees. I may also move it a couple of cm back, as the wooden assembly boom extends ~2cm back of the fuselage.
