Sometimes you just feel real stupid .... when I fitted servos - I knew that left aileron bias was there .. and thought I'd adjusted. Quick checks at field missed the fact I hadn't ! So she had no choice low and slow to teach me a lesson !
This is the $24 Hobby King Laser cut wood kit of the J3 Cub. 1180mm span, ready to go weight without battery 650gr. Battery area can take up to 2200mAh 3S and still balance OK. I have a D2826-10 1400kv motor with 7x5 APC prop and 25A ESC. Full throttle readings are 18.5A. Later flight showed her to be steady level on 1/2 throttle with 2200 3S lipo. Flight all up weight 845gr.
