This procedure will NOT work on Flashed android phones that run on custom ROMS like Cyanogenmod or AOSP, Team Whiskey, stuff like that.
For flashed phones ahead of time, the Subsidy Code is: 000000
I got my audio back!
I used the Samsung Freeform 3 in this Tutorial
Instructions:
If locked out, or on the home screen dial ##626* and a menu prompt should appear- this should ask for a Subsidy Code which is 587846.
DO NOT CHANGE HOME SID AT ALL! Only the Phone # & MIN Value is to be changed- this method has been tested on the LG Optimus & Huawei Ascend both running Android 2.2 and if you're locked out- the unlock method for that part will NOT Work but will on the home screen.
