Just having a bit of a thrash around with my Bonsai FPV. Quite cheap to put together and very sturdy, so I'm not too worried about spearing this one into the ground.
The wing setup
Hobby King Bonsai EPP wing (same as Techone mini popwing)
AX 1806N 2500kV brushless motor
12A ESC
800mAh/2S/20c lipo
cheap 5gm servo's
cheap DSM2 receiver
The video TX setup
FPV-Hobby 3gm 520tvl PAL camera
FPV-Hobby wide angle lens for nano camera
FPV-Hobby 10mW 5.8Ghz video TX with home made cloverleaf ant.
220mAh 1S lipo to power on board video gear
The groundstation setup
Boscam GS920 FPV goggles with home made SPW ant.
Generic DVR from SecurityCamera2000 (also available from Hobby King), connected to the AV out of the goggles. Not a very good DVR for FPV use as the codec fails if there is a glitch in the signal. I should have got the DVR from FPV Japan.
I get an easy 12 minutes flying time and the range on the little 10mW video TX is about 200 metres on a good day.
