This is a video evidence for HK staff of a reboot problem when trying to measure 6s packs with my Turnigy reaktor 1000w charger.
Kind of annoying as I specifically ordered it to charge and measure 6s packs.
UPDATE: HK warranty and RMA seems to work really well nowadays. I mean REALLY well. After just a couple of days, an email telling about the refund came. However, 2 of my older RMA's are still hanging...
