HK took 4 days to look at my case then asked for this god dam video simply showing what I already explained when I opened the case nearly a week ago, if you like flying and don't want to be grounded for over 2 weeks, don't go HK!. UPDATE: now the product is out of stock and there is no sign of when they will be back, amazing.
