TestoFuel's Jason Sani shows us the best exercises for boosting testosterone at home without weights or a gym: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
These are short and fast exercises that require a lot of effort to perform, using a lot of muscle which releases a lot of testosterone.
Here are the main benefits of HIIT:
• More testosterone
• Increased Muscle Size and Strength
• More Stamina
• Improved Flexibility and Range of Motion
• Boosted Metabolism and Fat Loss
And for this video Jason teaches us the following exercises:
• Squat Jumps
• High Knee Sprints
To help boost testosterone, these exercises use the biggest muscles in the body: the legs.
For each exercise you should aim to perform 10 sets of 30 seconds – in which you do as many reps as you can.
Take a 20 second break between each set to get the best results.
Exercise #1: The Squat Jump
Muscles worked:
• Glutes
• Hamstrings
• Quads

For extra difficulty try raising your knees to your chest during every jump
