I've always been impressed by people that can maneuver and control their body. Whether its a handstand, a muscle up, or a planche, it takes a lot of practice to nail.
What I'm showing you today is my beginner routine to calisthenic training with my parallettes right in my own home. All I can say is it's a whole different beast compared to weight training in the gym.
