Make your own granola from scratch. All you need are oats, nuts, raisins, and honey.
Full Recipe
In a large, heat-resistant bowl, mix together:
2 cups steel cut oats
2 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups raw cashews
1 ½ cups raw pumpkin seeds
½ - 1 cup honey (as desired)
Spread mixture in oblong pan.
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir, and bake for 15 more minutes.
Return mixture to bowl.
Mix in:
3 cups raisins
Serve with milk or yogurt and fruit.
Store at room temperature.
Total quantity: 10 cups.
