I let the wifie take over on this one. Jamaicans have a unique way of making use of whatever is available to them and this is evident with this dish. Here is the wifie's take on the tradional Liver and Onions. Of course Yardie Belly had to do it with a little difference. I know most folks would not want to eat this dish because of the stigma with organ meat but it's a long time favorite of many a "yardman" If you are a real Jamaican, you know about some liver and onions!
