This tutorial will teach you how to create 3D Gifs using Photoshop Elements. This was not requested, but I saw many people wanted to know this on Tumblr so I made a quick video tutorial.
This is MY way of doing it. It's not the only way to do this, there are other ways (like creating the bars yourself in Photoshop, which I think it's harder) but as I found an easier way to replace them, I chose this way.
