Hey in this video i show you how to change the background of any iPod Touch for 2G 3G 4G and i'm pretty sure 1G. This is as simple as downloading a package in Cydia. iTouch 2G: Go to Cydia-Packages-Tweaks-homescreen walpaper, download it and goto winterboard check it off than goto gallery and set as background.
