How to cook a really simple vegan Mung Bean Curry. My mums got nearly half a century of Indian cooking experience, in this series of videos I’ll be transferring that wonderful knowledge into video’s for everyone to enjoy :)
Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:
2 Clove’s of Garlic
1 Piece of Ginger Root
2 Chilli’s
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
100g Chopped Tomatoes (1/4 to 1/2 Tin)
185g Mung Beans
2 Pints or 1200ml Water
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Coriander Power
Pinch Turmeric
Fresh Coriander
