Make a Power Switch tail which an Arduino, Raspberry Pi or other Micro-controller can safely switch on and off.
The plug uses a 5 volt coil relay to control 120 volts ac.
The 120 volts ac comes in from the mains with a power cord and then switches through the relay supplying power to the plug.
