This is the simplest and cleanest way to put in a 4" hole through brick, cinderblock, from an exterior wall so that you can install a dryer vent for your laundry needs.
It might be advantageous to get a 4.5" Drill, as the Stainless Steel Sleeve was a bit tough to slide in, although with a wire brush and elbow greese - I was able to get it in.
