How to correctly clean your skateboard bearings.
If you want to wash your skateboard bearings with the rubber shields, well its the same.
BUT
Take off the shields by pushing a needle through the backside of the bearing and the cap should pop off.
Then wash like normal and lube, then re-apply the shields by lining them up and pushing on all sides of the bearing cap. It should pop back into place.
