How To Install the Google Assistant SDK on the Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspbian PIXEL

This was a 30-45 minute long process that has been condensed into 5 minutes. For easy setup and to be able to simply copy and paste, I recommend having the links open in the pi's chromium browser, as opposed to the way I did above in a separate system.
